The two minds

There are two minds; The concious mind and the subconcious mind. The concious mind is known foremost. It allows us to think and "revieuw" everything which we experienced. The subconcious mind is a bit more tricky and yet simple. This is because the subconcious mind works without thinking, it cannot think. The way we perceive the subconcious mind is by intuition, creativity, feelings and understanding.

Everything that happens we can think upon, however there has already been an active subconcious thought, in order to create what has happened. Our mind, the human psyche, is complex and this is because foremost, our minds are subconcious.
We all have that feeling that we Know what we want yet cannot explain Why we want it. Thinking, in any form, cannot explain how the subconcious works. Thinking however, sinks into the subconcious and becomes habit. A habit is an action we perform without having the initial concious thought. So concluding that habit comes from the subconcious, we can already see the power of the subconcious within our daily life.

So what else does the subconcious do? It Can and it Will create everything around us, which we later think upon with the concious mind. We control our lives; every event and every experience we have, be it alone or with others, are Always created by our own subconcious mind. In conclusion, subconciously, you have created the very moment you are reading this text. But how?

Our concious mind thinks. If a thought comes in alot it will eventually sink into the suboncious, becoming a habit when it is an action, or creating the very situation one thinks about. For instance; I have an exam, a difficult one. I study day and night for this exam with the constant thought in my head "If I do not study, I will fail." Now there is a small detail you should know, the subconcious mind, perceives the following; 'If I do study, I will fail.' The subconcious mind does not know, the word "not". The chance for failing the exam, despite studying for it, remains a high possibility. If I change my thought from "If I do not study, I will fail" into "Studying for this exam allows me to pass." It will give me the following 1) A more relaxed attitude towards the exam at hand 2) The time and opportunity to enjoy studying 3) Able to release myself from stress.

Realising that the subconcious is dependant upon the concious, reacts upon the concious one may well come to the conclusion, that one can Guide the subconcious. Guiding the subconcious means coming into harmony with the Law of Attraction. One sets his mind upon something (a car), one then starts to act upon receiving the car (work) and eventually the subconcious creates the moment the car comes into possesion. However, in order to guide the subconcious, one must be able to Control one's thoughts. Often, our thoughts are 'polluted' by emotions. When emotions seep into our mind the mind is caught off guard. A mind that is caught of guard can never conciously direct the subconcious into creating what is wanted or needed. Henceforth, controlling the thoughts are necessary, both for creating what is wanted and/or needed and in order to experience the situations that one wants to experience. You create your life in every possible way, conciously And subconciously.
